Roll grooving machine for stainless steel pipe and aluminum pipe groove rolling

The regular pipe grooving machine do not work well for ss pipe, thus we developed special knurl wheel and the pinch roller for it.

For 12 inch SCH40 stainless steel pipe, the standard roller will be enough, actually the standard roller works for all stainless steel pipe with wall thickness not less than SCH20.

But for SCH5 and SCH10 thin wall stainless steel tube our special roller is required.

Aluminum pipe grooving and embossed groove is also available.
