Pipe butt fusion welding machine 1000mm is for big size plastic PE pipe welding. The control cabinet and hydraulic station is united to one single unit, which is easier to operate. Anti-explosion industrial plug adopted, this ensures the safe working. pipe welding machine are equipped with more stable 10cm clamping mould. Seperate temperature controlling system ensure stable temperature and the Daikin teflon painting can stop the tube from sticking to the the mould. Shearing plate is driven by gear which is more stable too. We use two route time meter, can record the heat up and cooling time. The machine comes with high precision anti-vibration pressure meter, it works well in low temperature and the data is precise.
