OPERATION OF ELECTROFUSION PIPE WELDING MACHINE

Measure the depth of the pipe fitting.
Mark the corresponding length on the pipe.
Use the scraper standard with machine to remove the oxide layer on the pipe surface.
Insert the two pipes into the pipe fittings.
Insert the output wire of electrofusion pipe welding machine into the electrofusion fitting.
Connect the scanner.
Scan the parameters on the pipe fittings, the parameter of pipe fitting will be recgonized automatically by machine without manual setting.
Press the welding button to start welding process.
After welding is completed, print the welding data.

SCRAPING
It is very important to note that abrasive materials, should never be used in place of a scraping tool. Clean with a minimum 70% isopropyl

alcohol concentration with a clean cloth, with no additional additives, the pipe and the fitting.

INSERT
Insert the pipe inside the fitting. Select the right size pipe and the right size fitting that you are going to weld.

ALIGNMENT
Place the pipe with the fitting on the area to be fused. Ensure that the pen mark in the pipe is visible. Make sure to set the alignment in the right

position and be ready to align the pipe with the right clamp.
