Economic pipe hole driller 114mm is designed for pipe hole cutting up to 114mm into steel pipe. The multiple hole sizes allow the use of mechanical fittings for branching unpressurized pipe lines. It is light weight for easy transportation, ideal for the hole cutting in small size. Induction motor ensures quiet working performance.

1. Connect the power supply, turn on the switch.
2. Adjust the length of the chain surrouding the pipe and fix it with the pin, then tighten the nut at the other end of the chain to firmly fix the machine on the pipe.
3. Confirm the hole diameter and install the appropriate hole saw.
4. Start the motor and make sure the hole saw are rotating correctly.
5. Pull down the handle let the hole saw going downward. When the hole saw is close to the pipe, check if the hole opening position is correct; otherwise please shut down the machine and readjust the position.
6. When opening the hole, the handle should be pressed down slowly, and the hole saw should not be cooled with coolant.
7. After the hole opening is completed, turn off the switch and remove the machine.
