INTRODUCTION OF PIPE DRILLING MACHINE
114mm Pipe Hole Cutter Model STKC114 is designed for pipe hole cutting up to 114 mm into steel pipe.
It is light weight for easy transportation, ideal for the hole cutting in small sizes.
The motor is upgraded from induction motor 650w to current universal motor 1500w, the working speed are higher and much more powerful
when you are working on hard pipes.

OPERATION OF PIPE DRILLING MACHINE
1. Fixing the pipe hole cutter
Use the handle on the top of pipe hole cutter to lift the machine body, put it on the pipe, in the meantime wrap the chain around the pipe. Rotate the lever stick to tighten the chain.
2. Install the hole saw and arbor
Tighten the arbor into the holesaw. Assemble the swing handle and hole saw to the hole cutting machine, tighten it with the key.
3. It can cut pipe in different direction
The machine can turn around the pipe, you can set correct position and lock the chain.
4. Cutting operation
Turn on the power and check if the holesaw rotate correctly. Start rotate the handle to let the holw saw head going down, it is recommended to go down slowly. After the hole cutting is done, turn off the power and disassemble the machine from pipe.
