How to use battery ppr pipe welding tool

1) Prepare
Choose the suitable socket and install it. Prepare the fusion welding machine, tools and fusion material.

2) Cut the pipe
Cut the tube at required length with the scissor inside our metal case.

3) Cleaning the pipe
Cleaning the welding pipe surface with alcohol.

4) Measure the depth
Marking the depth to fit with the pipe fittings.

5) Heating
Push the pipe and fittings into the both side of welding sockets horizantally.

6) Fusion and connection
Push the heated ppr tube and ppr fittings towards each other and adjust it. Adjustment should be done within 5 seconds.
